You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
UNUSED ITEMS ONLY
Returns are accepted only for products that have not been used. The product must be in its original packaging, with the seal intact, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Opened, used or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or contains the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a refund.
UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED
To claim for damage or a missing item, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video. The video must start with the parcel sealed and continue without cuts until the product is fully unpacked. Damage claims cannot be processed without this video.
